Midtown Community Health Center

Midtown Community Health Center is a private, non-profit group of seven clinics that provides quality, affordable healthcare services to community residents at our Ogden, Davis County and Salt Lake City facilities. As a community-based clinic, we believe that excellent, accessible healthcare services should be available to everyone — regardless of their background or circumstances. We provide medical, dental, behavioral health and pharmaceutical services to patients with or without medical insurance and accept all government assistance programs.
