Join us at the 2023 AUCH Workforce Summit

On September 21, 2023, we will be picking up where we left off last year to support the creation of robust workforce plans that attract and retain the best talent. This year’s Summit focuses on workforce needs that Utah health centers identified in the 2023 Region VIII Needs Assessment, including health profession education and training, career ladders, staff satisfaction surveys, trauma informed leadership, succession planning, and more. Like last year, we encourage participation from health center teams of c-suite, human resources staff, clinic directors and supervisors, and other health center leaders.
